Shipping Info

Please allow up to 12 days for arrival!

  • We ship exclusively through UPS. We cannot ship to PO Boxes.
  • Due to the perishable nature of our products and potentially warm weather, orders are generally shipped Monday-Wednesday. 
  • Orders placed over the weekend will not be processed until the following Monday. 
  • Shipping may be delayed due to weather conditions and/or national holidays. 
  • Per company policy, once orders have been processed and packaged, orders must sit in our freezer overnight before being shipped out, which may cause delayed shipping time. 
  • We do not ship over the weekends due to the unknown temperature conditions of the shipping services and holding areas. 
  • We apologize, but we do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii.
  • Please provide your email at checkout for updates regarding your order status. 


Upgrading to 1 or 2-day air:

We recommend this option for warmer and further states, such as CA, NV, NM, AZ, and TX.

• This does NOT guarantee next day delivery! Per company policy, orders must be held in our freezer at least overnight after being fulfilled. This upgrade guarantees 1 or 2-day delivery service once the order has been shipped. We do not ship over the weekend.
